This notice covers the NRTHVIEW Live Status automation, not other services on nrthview.com.

The channel owner grants read-only YouTube account access. The automation uses that permission to verify the channel and check broadcast status, privacy, timing, and embedding availability. The permission can allow access to private account information, but the automation only publishes the selected public livestream's video ID and link, its live/offline status, and a check timestamp. Private and unlisted broadcasts are excluded from the public response.

Google supplies the channel and broadcast data. Cloudflare hosts the automation and stores the authorization credentials as encrypted secrets. Its key-value storage holds the latest status response, which is replaced by later checks. The automation does not intentionally log authorization credentials or full YouTube API responses. Cloudflare may process request metadata and operational logs as part of hosting the service.

Google account data is used only for this live-status function. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models. NRTHVIEW Live Status's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

The channel owner can revoke access in their Google Account's third-party connections settings. Stored authorization credentials remain in Cloudflare until removed; revoking Google access prevents further authorized checks. Contact mgmt@nrthview.com to request removal of stored connection data.

Opening the embedded video uses YouTube's player and is subject to YouTube's own terms and Google's privacy policy. This notice does not replace those policies.
